The group AC Marca is a manufacturer of consumer goods, with brands that are well known, as Norit and Gior. This group trust on Pick To Light Systems to optimize its logistics management in picking and to improve competitiveness.
Project developed for Grupo AC MARCA
The need for this project was the delocalization suffered the industrial area where the AC Marca was located. After months of study they realized that by optimizing production and logistics were other options apart from delocalization.
Pick To Light Systems developed the area of picking and dispatching of AC Marca group. Pick To Light Systems developed a picking solution of Pick To Light, which ensures maximum speed when selecting the articles or references, being a system, especially, intuitive.
Apart from the picking area, ULMA Handling Systems supported the integral project to develop and implement a fully automated logistics system. Through this collaboration, AC Marca confirms some anticipated savings due to productivity and flexibility increase in their logistics process.
