NESPRESSO IS MULTIPLYING THEIR CAPACITY TO PREPARE ORDERS BY INCORPORATING SYSTEMS FROM THE COMPANY
Pick to Light Systems has undertaken a project for Nespresso in Brazil, aimed at improving order-preparation system and increasing productivity ratios.
Project developed for Nespresso
The project is centered on guaranteeing efficient management in the four working seasons in which Nespresso prepares coffee capsule box orders and the accessory products. In total, the facility has 150 Pick to Light Systems devices that have been installed in different phases.
Since launching the project, Nespresso has multiplied their capacity to prepare orders, going from 690 daily orders that they handled before integrating the logistical system; which increased capacity to 2,500 daily orders.
Pick to Light Systems, is currently one of the main distributors in digital picking systems and is the exclusive distributor of the leading Japanese brand AIOI Systems in Europe.
